- Outer side of the base of the proximal phalanx of the little toe

- Abducts and flexes the little toe
- Nerve supply
- Lateral plantar nerve (S2–S3)
Runs along the outer edge of the sole, forming much of its soft border. It moves the little toe outward and bends it.
